Permit levels allow users to perform elevated tasks via Timmy; access is strictly restricted and reserved for trusted users.

Permit 1	Permit 2
Basic Elevated Usage of Timmy. (Say Commands)	Elevated Usage of Timmy. (Includes access to KILL)

Permit 3	Permit 4
Trusted Administrators of Timmy. (Includes access to EVAL and other configuration commands)	Trusted Owners of Timmy. They gain access to everything below and have the authority to manage Permit users.
